You can head to flyingpowerdisc.com to sign up for the closed beta. If you are able to get in, the closed beta will take place between June 8 and June 12 on PlayStation 4.

Our TakeI have no affection for Windjammers as I have never played it, but I eagerly signed up for the beta for the chance to see what all the fuss is about.
