The lights are on
Night Trap, the controversial cult-classic FMV game, is finally getting the remaster a select few people have been clamoring for with Night Trap: 25th Anniversary Edition. The classic tale of a group of women being preyed upon by vampires, Night Trap features sequences so real, you'd think you were in a movie! While the announcement trailer doesn't go into any details on what's been added to the game, it does give a release window of spring 2017.
You can view the full, radical trailer down below.
If you feel like you simply cannot possibly ever get enough of those catchy tunes, you can download the Night Trap Theme Song at Screaming Villains' website here, to tide you over until the game's release.

Our TakeThis gives me hope for a Sewer Shark remaster.
I won't be surprised if this gets any negative attention from Buzzfeed, Huffington, and their ilk. Lol
I loved all these FMV games for the Sega CD. Hopefully it hits the PS4. :) Double Switch, Ground Zero Texas and Sewer Shark would be awesome and while they're at it, Road Avenger, please. Sadly, there's no "they" at it.
Well, THERE'S a game I never expected to get a rerelease!
OMG! I remember this. From my good old sega cd. games so bad, they were good xD
The game nobody ever wanted, cool stuff.
That pic...I think I saw that set once on Saved By the Bell
I wish they would do this with Corpse Killer !
I forgot about the girl in purple. Man her sweet thighs lol
I am one of the random people that loved Night Trap but I have a deep affection for cheesy 80s horror movies and Night Trap fits right in. Combined with the remastered footage (which looks SO much better), I'm very excited for this.
What's really amazing to me is, considering the game was one of the main culprits that caused the creation of the rating system, it's now rated T for teen. It never was particularly graphic.
