Telltale released four images today of its upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy game showing off and handful of familiar characters and locations.

Compared to its previous games, Guardians of the Galaxy showcased improved visuals for the studio. Additional details, like platforms and release dates for episodes, have not yet been revealed, but may come as soon as this weekend with panels planned for PAX.

Additionally, actor Scott Porter revealed that he would be providing the voice for Star-Lord. Regarding the rest of the cast Emily O'Brien will play Gamora, Nolan North will play Rocket, Brandon Paul Eells will play Drax, and Adam Harrington will play Groot.

Our Take
Telltale hasn't confirmed, but this certainly looks it has finally upgraded its engine to deliver improved visuals. Guardians, at least in these screens, looks sharper than its past games. If this is the case, I'm happy to see the studio upgrading its technology.
