The lights are on
Yacht Club Games has announced a load of news for its Shovel Knight series, including the upcoming addition of co-op to non-Wii U platforms and the fact that it's heading to the Nintendo Switch.
The original Shovel Knight game is getting rebranded Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, which will allow players to purchase its various campaigns individually, including the upcoming Specter of Torment, King Knight campaign, and battle mode. Players who currently own the game will get the additional expansions at no cost as they're released. The price will be rising this spring, however, so you may want to grab it now before the undetermined hike.
Take a look at the official post for a breakdown of the plans.

Our TakeI never got around to playing this one – in spite of Tim Turi's incessant badgering – but this could be the step to pull me in.
