Kingpin Actor Hints At Character's Return To Marvel Netflix Shows
Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk was a big part of Marvel's Daredevil series on Netflix in its first season. Since then, however, we haven't seen too much of the character; he's only popped up briefly here and there. However, D'Onofiro has hinted that the character could see a more pronounced return.
Speaking with Collider, D'Onofiro mentioned that Fisk will return to Marvel's TV series, but wasn't sure on when that would be. "Honestly, I wish I knew ‘cause I could plan my year better. I know he will come back, I just don’t know when. I can’t wait to find out.” Along with the obscure timetable, this leaves the question of which series the character will return in up in the air, though it was previously revealed that Fisk would not appear in the upcoming The Defenders series.
D'Onofrio also mentioned that he's interested in collaborating with Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn on a future project. "I've been tweeting back and forth with James Gunn, about doing something with him because I love ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ so much.”
