Former BioWare And Blizzard Devs Reveal Dauntless, A Monster Hunter-Style RPG

by Kyle Hilliard on Dec 01, 2016 at 03:00 PM

Phoenix Labs, which is made of former BioWare, Riot, Capcom, and Blizzard members, was founded in 2014 and tonight it has announced its first game – Dauntless.

The game is a free-to-play online cooperative RPG where four players (or Slayers in this case) can team up to hunt giant creatures called Behemoths in a shattered fantasy world of floating islands. Hunting these creatures also lets you craft new items and weapons. You can check out a collection of screens, as well as a trailer for the game below.

The game is planned for release next year on PC.
