Hit The Slopes (And Sky) In Steep's Open-Beta Weekend
Ubisoft showed off its winter-sports game Steep back in June, and now players will be able to test it out for themselves. The publisher is holding a pair of beta weekends for the game in November, which seems seasonally appropriate.
An open beta is coming from November 18-21 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Players who register at the game's official site may be selected to check it out earlier, the weekend of November 10 through the 14th.
Take a look at the clip below to get a sense of what you're up against. Warning: There is a guy wearing a clown mask near the end of the video, so if you're one of those people who won't stop talking about your clown phobia or whatever you may want to get ready to close the window or avoid it altogether.
The game is set for a release on December 2. Elise played the game at E3, and didn't seem particularly impressed with what she saw. Who knows? Maybe Ubisoft has made some significant strides over the past few months. There's only one way to find out...
