Iam8bit Releasing Limited-Edition Psychonauts, Broken Age Vinyl At PAX

by Jeff Cork on Aug 26, 2016 at 11:37 AM

If you've played Double Fine's Psychonauts or Broken Age, you've heard composer Peter McConnell's excellent work. Perhaps you like the soundtracks so much you crave their physical manifestations? Oh brother, is it ever your lucky day. Iam8bit and Double Fine are working together to release the two soundtracks on vinyl, including limited runs of each one.

The colored LPs are limited to 500 pressings each, and they're PAX exclusives. PAX West, as you undoubtedly know, is being held next week in Seattle, from September 2-5. If you're there, you should swing by iam8bit's booth (#849) or Double Fine's booth (#106) to grab one of the albums. Supplies are limited each day. The Psychonauts album is $35, and Broken Age will set you back $40. Better still, each one includes a download voucher for a digital copy of the game and soundtrack.

These versions are limited edition, as we've said several times already, but the soundtracks will also be available soon from iam8bit's store. For more gaming vinyl, take a look at our recent roundup of some of the coolest releases.
