Conan O'Brien Pits Tyrion and Cersei Lannister Against Each Other in Overwatch
Blizzard’s latest shooter Overwatch launches today, and Conan O’Brien has brought the game to the popular Clueless Gamer segment of his show. He’s not alone, however, as Game of Thrones stars Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey join in on the action.
Clueless Gamer is a frequent video series that features, as you may have guessed, someone who is not the most adept at gaming trying out a hot new title. Thanks to the guests from Game of Thrones, this episode also has some jokes about that series, and don't worry, no spoilers. Dinklage also previously played the Ghost in Destiny's original release, but has since been replaced. The few brief matches show off Overwatch’s cast of diverse heroes, including Winston and Hanzo, who apparently looks a lot like Khal Drogo actor Jason Momoa.
This isn’t exactly the most competitive Overwatch gameplay you can find online today, but it is pretty funny to see the Lannister siblings move their rivalry from Westeros to the FPS arena. And of course, Conan once again takes things too far when he pits all the characters with ‘shiny butts’ against each other.
Past highlights from the Clueless Gamer series included last year’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, where Conan was taken off guard by Geralt’s bathing scene. Aaron Bleyaert, who often appears in these videos, previously shared a list of his personal favorite games with Game Informer.
Overwatch servers went live last night on PC, Xbox One and Play Station 4.
