Monument Valley Made Over $14 Million In Two Years Since Release

Ustwo Games, the developer of Monument Valley, recently shared an infographic detailing the major success the mobile title has received since release. In two years time, the game has made over $14 million in revenue.

With the overwhelming amount of mobile games out there, it can be hard to stand out. Ustwo's Monument Valley managed to do so with a unique aesthetic and innovative puzzle designs, a setup that impressed us when it released. Since its debut, the game has been downloaded over 26 million times. Notably, the second highest grossing day for Monument Valley was two days after the release of the third season of Netflix's House of Cards, where an episode showed a character playing the game.
