Hearthstone's Whispers Of The Old Gods Arrives April 26
Hearthstone's third big expansion set featuring 134 new cards will release on April 26 on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. The set features new mechanics that allow players to enhance and modify the Old Gods themselves as they slumber in their decks, waiting for the right time to awake with extremely powerful and game-deciding abilities. Many old staple cards have gotten "makeovers" in light of the Old Gods coming to town, and have new and "improved" versions based on the influence of these supreme influences.

Our Take
As it often seems to be the case, there's only a small window between the announcement and players actually getting their hands on new Hearthstone cards. With format rotation also coming into the mix, the metagame will be experiencing massive shifts as the card pool both expands and shrinks with the release of this new set, making it a great time to get in and begin theorycrafting new deck ideas – or even just using one of the "dial a deck" templates around one of the Old Gods that the set seems to support.
