Killer Instinct Season 3 Pricing Revealed
With Killer Instinct Season 3 barreling toward its March 29 release date, Microsoft finally revealed its pricing strategy for the new content.
The $19.99 Combo Breaker bundle is the cheapest offering, which includes all eight new fighters coming to the third season. Players get Rash from Battletoads, Arbiter from Halo, Kim Wu, and Tusk at launch, with others to be released over the course of the season.
The $39.99 Ultra Edition comes with the same fighters, though purchasers of this bundle will get access to the new combatants early. It also comes with a VIP Double XP booster, retro costumes for the eight new fighters, accessory sets, retro color 7 for all eight characters, and 18,000 KI Gold.
The $59.99 Supreme Edition is the best package for newcomers, includinh all the previously mentioned Season 3 content, plus the content from the previous two previous two seasons. Xbox One players also get Killer Instinct Classic and Killer Instinct 2 Classic thrown in for good measure.
Look for Killer Instinct Season 3 to land on both Xbox One and Windows 10 on March 29.
