Update 2: The live stream is complete. For more info, you may want to check out our interview with lead designer Ryan Paradis, or our gallery of over 100 new screenshots.

Update 1: The first April Update live stream is occurring on Twitch as we speak. Visit Bungie's Twitch channel to watch the action unfold.

Original Story:

For many devoted players of Destiny, the last few weeks have been a good opportunity to step away from their game of choice and explore some other interactive experiences. There hasn't been a lot of new content to explore in Destiny for some time. That’s hopefully set to change in April, with the arrival of a new spring update that brings gear advancement, new PvE challenges, and changes to the Crucible. If you’re curious to learn the details of the content, Bungie has already declared plans to roll out the scope of the April Update in three weekly live streams

The first of those Twitch streams is set to run Wednesday at 2pm Eastern/1pm Central/11am Pacific time. A recent post on Bungie further details that we can expect to hear from lead designer Ryan Paradis and senior designer Tim Williams as they discuss their work on the update. This first stream will specifically focus on new activities.

Head to Bungie's Twitch channel when the broadcast time arrives to watch, and come back to Game Informer after the Twitch stream for our follow-up and analysis.
