Marvel Comics Announces Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Prequel Series
Marvel Comics will release a prequel series to the upcoming movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The limited series will include three issues and a one-shot and is scheduled to begin in October.
The series was announced at C2E2 in Chicago this morning at the Diamond Comics Retailers Breakfast. No further information was disclosed, though Marvel confirmed to IGN that it will not be a adaption of the film and will instead act as a lead-in.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set for release on December 16. A recent LEGO presentation at the Nuremberg Toy Fair leads us to believe a certain famous antagonist may play a role in the spin-off.
