[Update] Killer Instinct Arbiter Trailer Now Has A Tease For The Next Character, Tusk
Update: Microsoft has released an updated trailer. While nothing about the Arbiter appears to have changed, the video now includes a teaser at the end.
The short clip of the next fighter gives us a good idea of who he is. It appears to be Tusk, first introduced in Killer Instinct 2. We've replaced the video below with the one carrying the teaser.

When Killer Instinct’s third season launches in March, the game will feature another cross over character. Joining Battletoad’s Rash is Halo’s Arbiter.
We’ve had a hint this was coming, but the trailer released yesterday shows off the heroic Elite more fully. In addition to his energy sword, Arbiter can use his carbine and plasma grenades in battle.
The armor-clad Sangheili (along with the Sanghelios stage) will arrive next month on Xbox One and PC. For more on Killer Instinct, check out our review.
