NCSoft’s Blade & Soul Passes Two Million Western Downloads, New Endgame Content Available
NCSoft’s martial arts MMO, Blade & Soul, has now passed two million downloads. The game has doubled its usership in the past two weeks, when the publisher announced 1 million downloads in the United States and Europe.
The company also shared that new endgame content is available. The Rising Waters update includes three max-level player-versus-enemy events.
Bloodshade and Nightshade Harbor are different versions of the same instance. The former is designed for four or six players. The latter is a 24-player instance. Both pit you and friends against pirates.
Muslin’s Tower is a solo dungeon consisting of seven floors. Finally, five new Hongmoon levels will let players gain additional skill points beyond the current level cap of 45.
The player-vs-player pre-season also begins with the Rising Waters update. Players will have access to a new interface and the ability to earn “Zen Beans,” which function as the PVP currency.
Blade & Soul is a free-to-play game and available now on PC.
