Kojima, Del Toro To Talk About Their Inspirations At DICE
Guillermo del Toro may be done with video games, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he's done talking about them. The film director, who was working with Hideo Kojima on the canceled Silent Hills project, is joining Kojima for a presentation at the upcoming DICE summit in Las Vegas.
The pair will talk about their creative influences and inspirations in a conversation moderated by host Geoff Keighley. According to DICE, the keynote will touch on their creative visions and what motivates them, and they'll discuss moments from their own work as well as aspects from their counterpart's body of work that have served as inspiration. That presentation is scheduled for Thursday, February 18, from 1:45-2:30 p.m.
DICE 2016 is being held from February 16-18 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
