Techland Reveals Free Dying Light 'Drink For DLC' Content
Techland launched a Twitter hashtag campaign a few months back called #DrinkForDLC, encouraging fans to post photos of themselves drinking water in exchange for possible new Dying Light content (while also taking a slight jab at Destiny's Red Bull DLC campaign). After receiving over 15,000 photos and videos of fans guzzling high-quality H2O, Techland developed a three-piece content pack for Dying Light that's free for all players.
Drink For DLC includes the following:
- Fountain of Youth exploration quest (set in Old Town)
- Water 2.0 throwable weapon blueprint
- Two additional water-themed parkour challenges.
The pack becomes available February 9 for existing Dying Light owners as part of the free improvements update. It's also included in Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition, which releases the same day.
