Catch The Mystical Hoopa During The Next Pokémon Distribution Event
Mystical Pokémon Hoopa is set to star in the new animated film Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, which premieres on Cartoon Network this year. To mark the occasion, the Pokemon Company is putting Hoopa up for grabs in an upcoming distribution event.
Like previous events, the only way to obtain the level 50 Pokemon is by visiting Pokémon’s website once codes are made available. All that’s required is a copy of Pokémon X/Y, or Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. A Nintendo 3DS is also recommended.
Hoopa is the first-ever physic/ghost type, whose name is derived from its, you guessed it, giant gold rings used for bending dimensions. It possesses the Magician ability and boasts the Hyperspace Hole, Psychic, Astonish, and Nasty Plot abilities. Visiting a Poké Mart with Hoopa in your party triggers an event that allows players to transform it into the powerful Hoopa Unbound.
Distribution of Hoopa commences in North America later this year.
