by Matthew Kato on Oct 08, 2015 at 04:13 AM

British institution the BBC will stream the League of Legends World Championship starting on October 15, along with supplemental coverage.

All four days of the quarterfinals will be online at BBC Three live from Wembley, with interviews with players and fans, as well as commentary from casters Leigh "Deman" Smith and James "Stress" O'Leary.

BBC Three is also teaming up with BBC Sport's media platform usually used for live sports events.

Our Take
BBC 3's iPlayer appears to work only for those in the U.K., but it's cool to see the region's state-run media institution add eSports.
