Shovel Knight’s Free New Playable Character Available Now
If you own Shovel Knight, you might want to fire it up again. Yacht Club Games has released an update to the 2014 side-scroller that puts one of the bosses, Plague Knight, under players’ control.
This content (called Plague of Shadows) doesn't just have you retreading the exact same ground from the excellent base game. It has a new story, new areas, and new bosses. Plus, fans get the thrill (and challenge) of learning how to conquer familiar scenarios using Plague Knight's unfamiliar abilities. Get a taste of what to expect in the trailer below:
