Stay Awhile And Look At This Gorgeous Wood Engraving Of Diablo's Tristram

by Hershall Cook on Aug 03, 2015 at 12:32 PM

Graphic designer Alex Griendling has created yet another video game map on laser-etched wood, this time of Tristram from the Diablo series. This newest project marks Griendling's third collaboration with online art store Neutral Ground as part of a series called Woodlands.  In the past, Griendling worked with the company to produce maps of Hyrule and the Mushroom Kingdom.

Similar to his other pieces, Woodlands: Tristram displays Griendling's impressive attention to detail. No space is left empty; trees, rocks, and grass populate the map's blank space.

Here is an image of the artwork in its entirety:

Woodlands: Tristram measures 18-1/2" by 14", features a keyhole slot on the back for hanging purposes, and costs $150. To buy it, head to Neutral Ground's website.
