Telltale Reveals The Walking Dead: Michonne Mini-Series, Coming Later This Year
Fans of Telltale’s The Walking Dead got a pleasant surprise today when the developer announced a new game in The Walking Dead universe. Newly announced mini-series The Walking Dead: Michonne follows the sword-wielding survivor featured in both The Walking Dead comic book and TV show.
The three part mini-series will take place between comic issues #126 and #139 and will reveal her experiences during her time away from Rick Grimes’ survival group. The Walking Dead: Michonne will require at least the first episode of The Walking Dead Season 2 to run. The game is slated to come to PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360, iOS and Android fall of 2015.

While not the Season 3 release date most Telltale fans were hoping for, The Walking Dead: Michonne looks to be a promising entry to the franchise. Comic, TV show, and game fans alike will no doubt be attracted to a mini-series following a character that has become a fan favorite over the years.
