Without a Borderlands or GTA release in its upcoming schedule (that we know of), Battleborn is exceedingly important for Take-Two. I would be surprised if it ends up getting moved outside the fiscal year.

Battleborn Still On Track For Release Before March 31, 2016
As part of its year-end earnings announcement, Take-Two has reiterated release dates and windows for some of its titles. Gearbox’s upcoming “hero shooter” Battleborn is among them.
The title is listed for release in fiscal year 2016 (ending March 31, 2016). This could mean sometime this fall, but more likely indicates release in the first calendar quarter (fourth fiscal quarter) for 2016.
