Not All Is As It Seems In The Witcher 3’s Gorgeous Launch Cinematic
In case you weren’t already looking forward to Tuesday’s release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, a new cinematic might help you along. The video features some excellent animation, depicting a knock-down, drag-out fight between Geralt and and a spirit.
What stands out to me is how it incorporates the different elements of Geralt’s arsenal. Potions, magical signs, his swords, and even the crossbow all come into play.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be out on May 19 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more you can read our review, check out an interview about the game’s tumultuous weather effects, and watch us play a bit in the Test Chamber.
