Try Out The Crew For Free, Keep Your Progress If You Buy
Ubisoft is launching a two-hour trial version of The Crew this week. Starting today on PlayStation 4 and tomorrow on Xbox One, you’ll get a chance to get behind the wheel.If you decide you like the game, you’ll be able to transfer your progress from the trial to the full game.
For those that already own the game and are considering DLC, the Vintage Car Pack is available today alone or as part of the season pass. Included in the pack are the Chevrolet Corvette C2, Chevrolet Corvette C3, and the Spyker C8 Aileron.
All players will be getting a free update that adds four new faction missions and the Blitz Brawl competitive mode. There are also new customization options included.

Our Take
The free trial model is a smart way to give players a chance to try the game in a more authentic way. Demos are typically vertical slices that highlight action-packed moments, but do so in a vacuum.
If a player spends the full trial time with the game, publishers have already won the most difficult battle. They’ve convinced someone that a game is worth their time. The money will follow.
