Critical Path Celebrates Fifth Year Of Production With 46 New Videos
Video game documentary series Critical Path is celebrating its fifth year of production by releasing over 40 videos featuring some of the most prominent names in game development. This group of videos features Keiji Inafune, Ron Gilbert, Robin Hunicke, Steve Gaynor, and more across 46 videos.
Critical Path, a video series by Artifact Studios, has worked with several of the industry's top minds since 2010. The videos work to dissect the medium, discussing such topics as culture, art, philosophy, diversity, and politics as they relate to video games. This year's videos will touch on topics like gameplay mechanics, controllers, level design, empathy, and more.
This year, the Critical Path series will release 280 videos between March and June. In the past, Critical Path has featured developers, writers, and designers like Rhianna Pratchett, Ken Levine, Sid Meier, and Tim Schafer.
