Take No Goblin’s Goofy Spinning Limo Game Roundabout For A Test Drive

by Mike Futter on Dec 30, 2014 at 09:35 AM

Roundabout is an easy game to explain. You’re a limousine driver that “does donuts” as you deliver your clients to their destinations. OK. Let’s take a step back, because the “does donuts” part might need some exploration.

You see, Georgio Manos has a unique style behind the wheel. The chauffeur spins her lengthy limo, which creates some unique challenges. As you may expect, colliding with the environment damages the car (and it’s not terribly easy to avoid).

You can (and will) run over pedestrians with ease as you spin your way to the goal as the world’s only revolving limousine driver. With a 70s vibe and goofy live-action cutscenes, Roundabout is worth a look.

Thankfully, No Goblin is now offering up a demo on Steam. The trial version includes eight rides and some side content in the suburbs area. You can download it here. For more, you can check out our Test Chamber.

Our Take
Roundabout is far more challenging than it looks, but the humorous aesthetic makes learning the game worth it.
