PlayStation Plus In December Includes Extra Games For PlayStation 3

by Mike Futter on Nov 26, 2014 at 04:50 AM

We’re in the final week of November’s PlayStation Plus lineup. If you haven’t downloaded those titles yet, you’d best get on that. Not sure what’s available? We’ve got you covered.

On Tuesday, December 2, a new slate of games becomes available. And if we’re being technical, this month includes eight games. No, Driveclub is not one of them, PlayStation Plus fans.

On PlayStation 4, you’ll be able to don cape and cowl with Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition. As we mentioned yesterday, gunslinging arena title Secret Ponchos will also hit the service.

On PlayStation 3, you’ve got quirky horror title Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut. And, for your bonus games, it’s the Hitman HD Trilogy, including Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Contracts, and Hitman: Blood Money.

Vita gets a pair of new games. Final Horizon is a tower defense title, and Titan Attacks pays homage to Space Invaders.

Our Take
This is quite a solid month for PlayStation Plus. The older Hitman games are a little rough around the edges (and terribly unforgiving), but there’s definitely a sense of accomplishment when pulling off the perfect assassination. As for PS4, I liked Secret Ponchos in preview, and I’m always up for more Injustice.
