PlayStation's Strider 2 Heading to PSN With Vita Compatibility

by Kyle Hilliard on Oct 04, 2014 at 11:13 AM

Released nearly 15 years ago on the PlayStation, Strider 2 will be available on the PlayStation Network soon.

The game will be compatible on PlayStation 3, PSP, and Vita. Vita compatibility isn't always guaranteed for these PlayStation classics, so it's nice to learn the game will be compatible. You can grab Strider 2 on Tuesday October 7. If you're unfamiliar with Strider, you can check out these episodes where we play Strider for the NES and its arcade version by hitting the links.

Our Take
Capcom has been doing an awesome job bringing its assorted classics to modern platforms. Almost the entire Mega Man collection is available in some form or another, and more from its library (like Strider 2) are releasing all the time.
