The lights are on
Minecraft's console developer, 4J Studios, has handed off the Vita version to Sony for final testing, meaning it should be releasing soon.

Another hint of the game's impending release, is that it has received its ESRB rating, which you can see here.
There is no specific release date for the game, yet, but these clues hint it should be available soon. The game will be free to anyone who purchased the PlayStation 3 version of Minecraft, and is one of the titles confirmed to work with PlayStation TV, which arrives next month.

Our TakeDuring my Minecraft phase, I was playing on Xbox 360. I don't know if I feel the need to revisit the game (my wife and I played a lot on Xbox 360), but if I do, it will definitely be the Vita version. I really like the idea of a mobile Minecraft with buttons and two control sticks.
