[Update] Microsoft Reports Xbox Live Sign-in And Multiplayer Issues
Update: Xbox One's Live services appear to be back to normal, according to the Xbox Live server status page. The Xbox 360 may continue to experience issues.

Microsoft's server status page (and news tipsters) are reporting issues with Xbox Live.
You can find Xbox Live's server status page here which says Xbox 360 users are experiencing issues “Joining other Xbox Live members in online games,” while Xbox One players and mobile users are experiencing issues signing into Xbox Live.
After seeing the alerts on the page I booted up Resident Evil 6 (random, I know. It's the game that was currently in my system) and had no problem jumping online. I also jumped into a game of Titanfall on Xbox One and had no problem signing in and getting into a match.
We'll keep an eye on the network and report any updates.
