Nintendo’s Smashing Sale Enters Week 2 With Zelda, Fire Emblem, And More
Nintendo’s second week of its Smashing Sale is underway, with a sizeable roster of combatants featured. Whether you’re looking for something new, or a burst of nostalgia, you might find something of interest on discount.
The Legend of Zelda crew (Link, Toon Link, Zelda, and Sheik) are represented with five games for Wii U and 3DS:
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (3DS) - $29.99
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Wii U) - $4.99
- The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (Wii U) - $4.99
- The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons / Ages (3DS) - $3.99
The Fire Emblem team (Lucina, Marth, Ike, and Robin) offer up Fire Emblem: Awakening for 3DS ($29.99). Captain Falcon speeds into the sale with the original SNES F-Zero on Wii U ($4.99).
Sonic’s first adventure is available for 3DS ($3.49) and Kid Icarus and Palutena join the party with the original NES Kid Icarus on Wii U ($3.49) and the more recent 3DS Uprising ($24.99). Finally, Mega Man is represented with four different games, two each from two different branches of the franchise:
