Disney And Harmonix Bring The Beat To PAX Prime 2014

Attendees to PAX Prime 2014 will have the opportunity to check out Harmonix’s Fantasia: Music Evolved, play a couple new songs, receive exclusive swag, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the game's production.

A lot of gaming will happening in Washington State Convention Center, but gamers who migrate over to the Portland and Discovery rooms in the nearby Grand Hyatt will have the opportunity to get their hands on Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved and play through a couple new worlds and music sequences. Giveaways include collectible buttons and a T-shirt featuring award-winning, original artwork. Fans will also be able to sign up for a chance to win a custom Xbox One.

Also during the show, Harmonix will be hosting the panel “Music Evolved – From 8 Bit Soundtrack to Gameplay” Panel on Saturday, August 30 at 12:00pm in the Hedgehog Theatre where Award-winning Composer, Inon Zur, Recording Producer and Engineer Eddie Kramer, Host/Producer of “Classical MPR” Emily Reese discuss the process behind putting music in the game. The game’s full soundtrack will be also be announced during this panel.
