Put An End To The Infinity Blade Loop With These 3D-Printed Figures

by Wayne Stainrook on Aug 13, 2014 at 07:17 AM

Many video game statuettes available for sale are based on established characters, and while that's certainly appealing, part of the fun of interacting with video games is in lending your own imagination to the equation. Today, Chair has announced a solution for bringing fans' own creations within its hit iOS game Infinity Blade III to life.

In collaboration with 3D printing company Sandboxr, Chair has integrated a functionality into Infinity Blade III for players to design and order a 3D-printed replica of their in-game character. For a glimpse into the process, Chair released a behind-the-scenes video on bringing the idea from concept to reality.

Starting at $29.99, and at a limited time offer of $10 off on each item, each figure comes in a variety of sizes, ranging from 3.5 inches to 8 inches. You can even order enemy characters and a model of the Infinity Blade itself from the game's collectibles website.
