More People Played Destiny's Beta Than Previous Bungie Titles
After letting millions of people play the beta of its new game, Bungie has amasses some great intel about it new shooter. Thankfully, the developer isn't keeping all these details to itself, it's sharing some juicy details about the beta in a massive infographic.
According to Bungie, the Beta was more popular than final versions of previous Bungie games, becoming the most simultaneously played Bungie game of all time with over 4.9 people playing the game. The final version releases for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3 on September 9.

This is an incredible win for Bungie. Even though they opened up the beta to everyone and it was essentially a free download, the developer still had an impressive amount of people playing their game. Looks like the studio has a hit on its hands.
