The latest upcoming iteration of Blizzard's classic dungeon crawler is more evil than ever and can be pre-purchased online for PlayStation owners on PSN. While not available for online pre-purchase on Xbox consoles, the game can still be pre-ordered at retailers like normal.

Those who pre-order the title (physical or digital) will gain access to new armor, transmogrification recipes, a new ancient scroll, and three additional character slots. PlayStation players also will gain access to exclusive content based on The Last of Us and Shadow of the Colossus.

This edition will include the Reaper of Souls DLC as well as the original game in full. Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition lands on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on August 19. The new-gen versions will run you $59.99, though you can pick up the last-gen versions for $39.99.

Our Take
While I loved playing Diablo III back when it came out, I don't think I can see myself hopping back in at this point. There are too many other great new games coming out and my backlog is already pretty full. Still, I can't help but recommend people try Diablo III out if they haven't already and this seems like the perfect opportunity to do so.
