Azure Striker Gunvolt Has A Japanese Release Date, No Longer Has English Voice Over
Still no word on a North American release date, but the game will be out in Japan soon.
On August 20, the game will be available to download on the 3DS eShop in Japan. The game is a collaboration between Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune and the developer of the Mega Man Zero series, Inti Creates. Azure Striker Gunvolt is planned for release in North America – we just don't know when. We do know, however, that when it does release, its characters won't be speaking English.
In a tweet responding to fan inquiry, the official Azure Striker Gunvolt twitter account said that while English voice over was planned initially, that aspect of the game has changed.
@DuoDynamo I said that North American ver has English voice. However, the game don't have English voice, for the specification has changed.

Our Take
A a fan of the Mega Man Zero and ZX games, I am excited to play a new Mega Man-style game from that team. I am also excited for Mighty No. 9, but that one is so far out that I am focusing my hopeful excitement on this game first.
