Sunset Overdrive made an appearance an the Microsoft Press Conference with a trailer and live demo.

The trailer initially appeared to be another military FPS in the vein of Call Of Duty and Battlefield with soldiers fighting in a gray warehouse. A colorful character bursts in and murders everyone using all kinds of fancy parkour moves and unconventional weapons.

Next Insomniac's Ted Price appeared on stage and played a live demo in a new amusement park area. The character shot a firework gun, blew up tons of mutants, and grinded around on the roller coaster tracks.

Price announce that the game will release on October 28 exclusively on Xbox One with 8-player multiplayer on dedicated servers.
