While showcasing a variety of third-party titles, Sony's Adam Boyes announced a new title from Suda 51 and Grasshopper Manufacture.

The surprise title is called Let It Die, and the macabre video showed players picking up weapons like a morning star, spiked baseball bat, and hatchet, each with their own stats. The few glimpses of in-game footage didn't give a good sense of what genre the game belongs to, but whatever the gameplay entails, Let It Die appears to a bloody, action-packed affair.

Let It Die is coming exclusively to PlayStation 4 in 2015.
