Rumor: Alleged Footage Of From Software's Project Beast Surfaces
From Software has been rumored to be working on a new PlayStation 4 game in the vein of Dark Souls for Sony, and now apparent video footage has leaked online.
The footage was found by the NeoGAF forums, and seem to depict a third-person action/RPG game in the vein of Dark Souls. The game, codenamed Project Beast, is said to be a PlayStation 4 exclusive to be published by Sony. We don't know if this is a real game, but the footage is certainly compelling - and confirms early screenshots which seemed to depict the main character wielding a shotgun.

Obviously, this is far from confirmed. Still, if it's a fake, it's a very well done fake. Let's hope it's true - obviously From Software has touched a nerve with success of Dark Souls and another game in that vein would be welcomed by its fans.
