Our Take
It would appear a large percentage of Mass Effect 3 players are lazy and didn't take the time to change the name. Of course, John and Jane are common names and could top the list even if BioWare didn't offer a default, but for the sake of debate, BioWare should set uncommon names as the defaults for the next Mass Effect. Might I recommend Joffrey and Sansa?
