Reader Discussion: What Do You Want To See From Microsoft At E3?
Microsoft dropped a trio of bombs yesterday, changing the landscape of the current generation. The company eradicated the mandatory Kinect for Xbox One, blasted a hole in the paywall keeping non-paying members from Netflix and other streaming apps, and finally catapulted Games with Gold to Xbox One.
Microsoft’s decision to do this now raised questions about E3. Would it have been better to save these big announcements for the stage? Or did new head of Xbox Phil Spencer make the right call?
With this major hardware news now out of play for the 90 minute presentation, what do you think Microsoft’s stage show will offer? What do you want to see from Xbox One (and Xbox 360) at E3 next month?
