Epic Teases The Future Of Unreal Tournament
Epic employees have started tweeting teases about the future of Unreal Tournament, which will be revealed later this week.
The company is holding a Twitch event on its Unreal Engine channel on Thursday, May 8 at 2 p.m. Eastern.
Included in some of the tweets from the likes of Mark Rein (Epic co-founder), Paul Meegan (VP of product development), and Dana Cowley (marketing manager) is the hashtag #FirstBlood.

At a time when the Unreal name has become more synonymous with the engines than the shooter, and with Epic dabbling with Fortnite, it's the perfect time to bring back the venerable FPS franchise.
