This Deus Ex Short Film Sets A High Bar For Hollywood
A Hollywood adaptation of Deus Ex is in the works, but who knows how long it will be before it sees the light of day, if ever. In the meantime we can all enjoy this excellent Deus Ex short film, directed by Moe Chariff.
Rather than retelling the story of the game, the 12-minute film instead uses familiar faces and elements from Deus Ex: Human Revolution to tell an original story. Fans of the game will get a kick out of how the film incorporates many of Adam Jensen's abilities, like the always entertaining "punch through wall takedown." One thing is for sure, the bar is set high for the official big-budget interpretation of the franchise.
