Square Enix Holds Final Fantasy X/X-2 Auction For Charity

by Cameron Koch on Mar 25, 2014 at 08:20 AM

Square Enix recently helped celebrate the launch of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster with a charity art exhibit, and art director Yusuke Naora and producer Yoshinori Kitase made an appearance.

As a special surprise to guests, Naora performed a live art demonstration, creating an original piece just for the exhibit. "I usually don't have this many people watching me work, so if my hand gets a little shaky because of nerves, I'd appreciate it if you let it slide," Naora said with a laugh during the demonstration.

You can check out the video above to hear some of the questions fans asked Naora as he worked, such as whether he would rather have a chocobo or moogle in real life. All of the art from the exhibit, including the original piece created by Naora, is being auctioned off here. The proceeds from the auction will be going towards Typhoon Haiyan relief efforts.
