EA, Microsoft Nominated For Worst Company In America

Electronic Arts could three-peat as Worst Company in America, and console maker/software giant Microsoft is also part of the bracket.

The Consumerist put up its Worst Company in America tournament bracket up, and two game industry giants made the cut. Electronics Arts, which has won the "award" two years running. With the botching of Battlefield 4's launch and the Dungeon Keeper mobile ratings scandal, we expect it will do well.

Microsoft is also in the running, but we suspect for the failings of its business/Windows division and not its gaming offerings.

Our Take:
EA definitely knows how to create PR scandals for itself, and I wouldn't be surprised if it takes the prize again.
