PlayStation Store Weekly Update Delayed
If you were waiting to download this week’s Instant Game Collection title, you may have noticed that the PlayStation Store update hasn’t happened yet. The online storefront that services the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita typically refreshes on Tuesday afternoon around 2 p.m. Pacific.
Sony has acknowledged the delay, indicating that it hopes to have the update live this morning. The most recent status update was delivered at approximately midnight Pacific.
“We're now targeting Wednesday for updating the North American PS Store,” the company said via the PlayStation Twitter account. “We'll keep you posted, apologies for the delay.”
This delay does not affect the digital availability of Dark Souls II or Towerfall Ascension, two of yesterday’s big releases. We’ll update with more as information is available.

This is definitely an inconvenience, but with yesterday’s big releases available despite the delay, it’s not a crisis. Weekly sales and Lone Survivor’s inclusion in the Instant Game Collection will be available soon.
