8-Bit Mega Man Art Created With Lego Bricks

by Isaac Federspiel on Mar 05, 2014 at 06:34 AM

A lot of art is beyond the capabilities of an average person. Imgur user Ben Beesley wanted something easy to make, but still cool: resulting in this awesome 8-bit Mega Man art created with Lego bricks.

Beesley decided to use the site BrickLink to cut down on costs, which is a market place where Lego enthusiasts buy and sell specific blocks and colors. Because of this, Beesley was able to purchase the blocks at a fraction of the initial cost he was looking at.

After assembling the Mega Man and securing it with large, flat Lego pieces on the back, he glued a piece of foam board to the back. He then attached a wall mount to the foam board, and hung it up in his gaming room.

The entire process is documented in his Imgur album, for those looking to recreate his methods. Have you ever created something with Lego that you were really proud of? Let us know in the comments below!
