PlayStation Plus Brings Fisticuffs And Futuristic Mind Manipulation This Week

by Mike Futter on Feb 17, 2014 at 05:54 AM

This week’s PlayStation Plus offerings have been revealed, with two games hitting the service’s Instant Game Collection when the store updates on Tuesday. If you’ve got a PlayStation 3 and/or a Vita, there’s something for you this week.

On PlayStation 3, Remember Me from Capcom and Dontnod takes you to a futuristic Paris where memories are mutable. Street Fighter x Tekken for Vita (which can be cross-played with the PlayStation 3 version) brings together two storied fighting game franchises.

Today is the last chance to download Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for Vita and Poker Night 2 for PS3 before they rotate off the service. Tomorrow’s store update also signals the final week to get Smart As… for the Vita. For more on this month's PlayStation Plus offerings, check out our past coverage.

Our Take
When Remember Me came out, I was drawn to its fantastic soundtrack and assumed that would be my only experience with the title given its lukewarm reception. I’m excited to give it a risk-free try. I’ve also not tried Street Fighter x Tekken, so this week’s update is a pretty darn good one for me.
